Our Initiatives Check out a selection of our award winning initiatives:
The Melody Maker Experience The Melody Maker Experience was first introduced in 2006 to provide help, support and opportunities for those wishing to experience a sound recording session or perhaps wanting to further develop their talents through stage performance opportunities. We don’t promise stardom, but we can provide the opportunity for you to have a go at performing you’re favourite songs and help you to get the best out of your voice in a real studio environment. Together with a professional record producer and a helpful production team, you can sample and enjoy a real taste of how it feels to be a top class recording artist. Perhaps you are the next Carly Ryan or Martin Finn, who both went onto star on BBC Television’s Autistic Superstars following their own Melody Maker Experiences! No qualifications or previous experience is necessary to be a ‘Melody Maker’, but you do need to want to sing. Our ‘Melody Maker’ experiences are available to anybody wishing to have a go! You must be at least 12 years old and those under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Also, we must tell you that this particular initiative isn’t ideally suited to people with hearing impairments. For further information please contact The Heroes Project. |
